Social Worker Suspects Food Stamp Clients Stole $100, So She Sent Them a Stern Letter

Back on December 24, the wallet (with $100 and a debit card inside) of a social worker at the Illinois Department of Human Services went missing. She suspects one of the four clients she saw that day stole it, so she sent each of them a letter demanding the responsible party return her money -- or she'll cut a bitch.
