Those crazy Russians usually use their powers to amuse us and oftentimes leave us baffled and amuse us more. This right here is a win! When the driver of a sedan refused to allow an SUV to merge into a lane, the SUV driver let it rain on that betch. (And yes, the passenger side window to the sedan was open.)
