Did the Cable Guy Assault This Lady?

We don't know if Cathy Callahan is lying. We're not sure. She claims a technician, who was making a routine visit to to her Stafford, Texas home to fix a phone line on Christmas Day, fondled her. She reported the matter to police this week. Did it take two weeks for her to complete washing herself?
