Toddler Was Urinating From 'More than One Hole in his Penis' After Botched Circumcision

The parents of a 4-year-old boy has slapped Dr. Jennifer J. Garza -- a pediatric surgeon in McAllen, Texas -- seeking punitive damages for medical negligence, deceptive trade, breach of warranty and misrepresentation after she botched a circumcision of a 4-year-old boy so badly that the boy was urinating from two holes in his penis and pleaded to "just cut it off and (he) can be a girl."
