Sherman Hemsley's Body Can Finally Be Buried, Judge Throws Out Lawsuit By Man Claiming to Be Actor's Long-Lost Brother

El Paso County Judge Patricia Chew ruled Friday afternoon that actor Sherman Hemsley's will is valid. Flora Isela Enchinton-Bernal, the late actor's longtime friend, is listed as the sole beneficiary of Sherman's estate in the will the actor signed in June, about a month before his death on July 24. The judge's ruling means that Hemsley's estate -- valued at about $50,000 -- will go to Flora,
